Breed-and-burn Molten Salt Reactors are an interesting option of reactor design that allow high fuel utilization while operating on open cycle. Such reactors usually require specialized codes in order to model its cycle and the flowing unmoderated core. In this work, we propose a perform preliminary analysis homogeneous chloride salt single-fluid design. The is analyzed using EQL0D tool start-up transition into equilibrium state. Core simulation performed ATARI, OpenFOAM-based multiphysics code developed at PSI. Results show core size for such quite big it can be easily started with high-assay LEU. addition, has been designed promote quasi-1D flow, opening possibility modeling legacy future.
